We HIGHLY recommend checking the fitment of your desired battery before ordering!!

Summit Battery has strict procols in regards to shipping our product.

Lithium Batteries must abide by very specific Federal Regulations and General Transportation Regulations. In result, shipping these types of product requires special training and significantly increased cost to ship in general.

With this in mind, Summit Battery Group has a strict return policy as follows. For any reason other than workmanship or manufacturing defect that the customer needs to ship the battery back for a return or credit of money, it will be the customers full responsbility to cover the costs of shipping and to get the battery returned to Summit Battery Group, LLC undamaged. Once again, we HIGHLY recommend double checking fitment of your desired battery before ordering. In addition to this, original packaging and battery undamaged will be needed as well.

In the event the battery is damaged during return shipping, Summit Battery Group, LLC reserves the right to assess appropriate fees. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
